RCM SECURITY INC., we make sure we select and hire reliable personnel. We do detailed  background checks and put great emphasis on  complete and thorough professional training with frequent additional training to upgrade and update the skills of our workforce.

RCM SECURITY INC. personnel must meet the following minimum hiring standards:

    • At least age 18
    • Private Protective Service Board Certified (PPSB-Armed or Unarmed)
    • A reliable means of transportation
    • The legal right to work in the United States
    • The ability to effectively speak, read and write English
    • A high school diploma or GED
    • Willingness to participate in the companies pre-employment screening process including a background investigation and drug screen
    • Ability to provide high quality customer service
    • Ability to be an effective team member
    • Possess integrity and high ethical standards
    • Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
    • Ability to deal courteously, tactfully and effectively with others, both in person and on the phone
